For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, attach clear photographs or videos showing the product and problem. Photographs of the exterior packaging and shipping label may also help.

If you have a question about a product’s dimensions, compatibility, supported formats, connection or power requirements, included accessories, materials, care instructions, or intended use, identify the specific product and the information you need. Review the product listing because specifications and included components can differ by item.

Please contact support before sending a product back. Do not send a return to the registered company address unless customer support has specifically instructed you to do so. Approved returns may need to be sent to a designated return location.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. Messages received outside customer service hours, on public holidays, or during unusually busy periods may take longer. Do not send complete payment-card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or one-time verification codes by email.
