These Terms govern use of vdoij.com and purchases submitted through the vdoij™ store.

01. Operator & Acceptance

vdoij™ is operated by Guangzhou Lianjun Trading Co., Ltd. By accessing the website, creating an account where available, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and applicable store policies. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website and do not submit an order.

02. Eligibility

To purchase independently, you must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you have not reached that age, use the store only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

03. Customer Accounts

If account features are available, provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential. Notify support promptly if you believe an account has been accessed or used without authorization.

04. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, dimensions, weight, materials, included components, prices, and availability accurately. vdoij™ focuses on vinyl and listening-lifestyle products and accessories. Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings; measurements and weights may be subject to reasonable variation. Review each listing for specifications, compatibility, and included components. Props in product photos are not included unless the listing says otherwise.

05. Order Submission & Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily mean final acceptance. Payment verification, inventory review, fraud checks, and fulfillment checks may occur before acceptance or dispatch. We may refuse, limit, or cancel orders because of payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, material pricing or listing errors, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded.

06. Prices, Taxes & Payment

Prices are shown in USD unless another currency is identified. Checkout displays applicable product prices, shipping charges, taxes where applicable, discounts, and the final order total before payment. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. See the Payment & Security page for more information.

07. Processing & Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation; busy periods may require up to 5 business days. For supported U.S. destinations, estimated carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping options and charges appear at checkout. 08. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to the Return & Refund Policy. After an approved return is received, inspected, and approved, an eligible refund is normally initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. No restocking fee is charged for an approved return. Shipping-cost treatment depends on the reason for return.

09. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order promptly. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact support within 7 calendar days after delivery with your order number and relevant photos or videos. After a problem attributable to us is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate solution without additional costs caused by that error.

10. Changes & Cancellations

Submit changes or cancellation requests as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts before fulfillment begins, but cannot guarantee changes after processing, packaging, shipment preparation, or dispatch. No cancellation fee is charged when cancellation succeeds before fulfillment.

11. Promotions

Discounts and promotions may have expiry dates, eligibility requirements, minimum purchase amounts, product exclusions, usage limits, or other stated conditions. Unless otherwise stated, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined. Apply discounts before completing checkout.

12. Product Use & Safety

Products must be used lawfully and according to their descriptions, specifications, care details, and safety instructions. vdoij™ offers vinyl and listening-lifestyle products and accessories. Compatibility can vary by turntable, record format, audio system, connector, or power requirements, so review the listing and applicable manufacturer guidance before purchase or use. Keep records and accessories away from excessive heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Do not connect damaged electronic items or use a power adapter not specified for the product. Product descriptions do not guarantee a particular sound result or listening experience.

13. Bulk Orders & Resale

Customers interested in unusually large orders, wholesale purchases, or commercial resale should contact support before ordering. Purchasing a product does not authorize anyone to represent themselves as an official vdoij™ distributor, agent, partner, or authorized retailer without prior written permission.

14. Intellectual Property

The vdoij™ name, branding, website design, graphics, photographs, product presentation, text, and other original store content are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by the store operator and are protected to the extent provided by law. Do not copy, republish, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit protected content without permission except where law permits. No intellectual-property rights are transferred to users by website access or purchase.

15. Reviews & Customer Content

If you submit a review, photo, comment, question, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant vdoij™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, and use it to operate, improve, and promote the store, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy. We may remove unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, privacy-invasive, or unrelated submissions.

16. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website to commit fraud or unlawful activity, submit false information, interfere with security or availability, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, collect other users’ information without permission, infringe rights, or misrepresent your identity or relationship with vdoij™. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when prohibited activity is identified.

17. Third-Party Services

The store uses Shopify and may rely on third-party payment, shipping, fulfillment, analytics, communication, and security providers. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and policies. A link does not necessarily mean vdoij™ controls or endorses that third party.

18. Events Outside Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier interruptions, transport restrictions, labor disruptions, government action, customs delays, infrastructure failure, or widespread technical outages. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate available information and provide an appropriate solution.

19. Disclaimers & Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, a transaction, or product use. Nothing excludes consumer rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Applicable Law & Disputes

These Terms and store purchases are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights. If a dispute arises, contact support first so the parties may attempt to resolve it in good faith. This does not prevent either party from using rights or remedies available under applicable law.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the website, products, services, business practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use is subject to the updated version to the extent permitted by law.
